1994 Jaguar Sovereign car does not start

i have a real problem here
the car will not start,fuel pump is ok.

i think i have a problem with the imobiliser.
can i turn it off anyway, i think its stopping the car from starting.
my battery has been flat for along time when i unlock the car the locks go up and down few times
i try to lock it it will not lock then it will go up and down few times.car does not start helppp
