2005 Jaguar S-Type Throttle Body / Shifting

My Jaguar is not shifting properly 3rd to 4th after installing a throttle body are these related. There is no error code for the shifting issue.

check the TPS (throttle posistion sensor) is plugged in correctly .. the TPS plays a role in the trans shifting ..
