There is a subtle squeaking sound when turning the steering wheel. The dealership told me that it is the rubber boot but they cannot lubricate it because in time it might make it worse. I didn't know if this is characteristic or means that the boot must be replaced. Should a repair be made to this steering issue? What is the potential cost of such a boot replacement?
