2000 Jaguar S-Type Power wintdows?

My window sounded like it came off track and now it will not roll up...I would like to fix it myself. It did not sound like the motor went out. Just came off track. Maybe im wrong...any advice will be appreciated. Thanks

most likely, the widow regulator went out, they are operated by cable and platic track guides. they break apart and start making a grinding noise. they are fairly easy to replace.
