when a belt was replaced by jaguar they told me the transmission would not go into drive.the car drove perfect before they touched it.the fan belt broke while i was driving and i pulled right over.some radiator water sprayed the engine and was dry soon after.i had a trans installed w/36000 mi. from a front damaged car.and the trans. control module from the same year and model of a wrecked but driveable car.
i still have the same fault and the trans still goes into limp mode.i checked all the wiring and cannot find any corrosion or damaged wires.can someone give me reason for this and a solution.
