2004 Other Jaguar Models Jaguar electrical problem

Drove car home from work then parked in basement. When to crank it about an hour later but it wouldn't turn over and electrical system went haywire, for example, it made clicking noises, instrument panel lights were dimming, overhead light would dim or not come up when you opened door, door locks started clicking, trunk wouldn't open, etc. Any ideas??? Thank you.
