Air Conditioning problem
2003 Other Jaguar Models V6 All Wheel Drive Automatic 37000 miles

2003 X-type. With the heating system operating, and the recirculator indicator off, my windows are fogging up. Operating the recirculator does not seem to result in any change, so I assume the door is stuck closed. Is this something I can repair? If so, how? Thank you.
