2000 Other Jaguar Models my heat

i don't have heat in my car cold air blows out, i put a new thermostat and i put anti freeze,the car isn't runing hot but no heat still my climate control works and the ac button is turned off, the 3 hose under the hood that circulates the heat seem to have 1 cold and the other 2 hot
