1997 Other Jaguar Models emergency brake help.

Hi, the e-brake handle in my 1997 jag is stuck on. the release isn't working and the handle has no tension, so i believe the problem is in the front part of the system. is there a way to manually release is without using the handle? its got disc brakes all the way around if that helps. thank you,
