Jacking up my car

Okay, is there a question? I have a set of those hard plastic ramps. If you use them on pavement they slide, have to put them up against porch step to keep them from moving. Also, the incline is smooth, so my fwd vehicle will spin the tires trying to get up the ramp. I have seen metal ramps where the incline had punched out holes, the edges of the holes were raised, so at least with a four wheel drive vehicle, the tires have something to grab. Although I have never tried them. I think I like the metal ones better.
Hopefully your radiator has drain valve at the bottom, if not, pulling the lower radiator hose should drain it.
