which light is coming on in dash? check engine light? is vehicle starting?

yes vehicle is starting and runs these are the lights that work: batt. water. gas. OC2.

sorry but i'm still unclear about the concern you have. are you trying to repair the a/c or the gauge cluster or what..?

my gauge lights stay on but the ac and blower fan will not come on where do i search from here?

the gauge lights have nothing to do with the A/C so i believe you may have 2 separate issues. if the blower motor is not running at all then you will need to start by checking the fuses and the blower motor relay. check fusible links near starter or power distribution box
if you have external regulator check regulator.

go through all fuses really careful
