I am not a mech. I think the battery is charged,volt meter goes a little over 12 volt. Where is the starter? Can I hit it with a hammer like I once did on a scottsdale to get it to a shop? I have ck all the fuses---all it does is click,click,click.

If it clicks like that , the starter is probably bad.The starter is located down low on the engine like your old Chevy, but I dont suggest hitting it with a hammer, replacing it is better
