Engine Performance problem
1991 Isuzu Trooper 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

the engin is useing a lot of oil , oily moisture is coming out the tail pipe , a watery black oily spatter ,the smoke is white also if you open the oil fill white smoke comes out there also. is this rings or head gasket when i first got it it was not so bad but it may have been over filled by two quarts , also its not leaking very much
