This procedure erases all current ID codes and replaces them with a new ID code.

1.Ensure all doors are closed and unlocked. Open driver's door. Insert key into ignition. Go to next step. 2.Turn ignition switch to ACC position, then to OFF position 3 times within 5 seconds after completing step 1 . Go to next step. 3.Close driver's door and open it 2 times within 10 seconds after completing step 2 . Go to next step. 4.Turn ignition switch to ACC position, then to OFF position 5 times. Close driver's door and open it. This step must be completed within 10 seconds after step 3 . Control unit should lock and unlock doors one time. If doors lock and unlock one time, go to next step. If doors did not lock and unlock one time, repeat step 1 . 5.Depress LOCK or UNLOCK button of transmitter within 20 seconds after step 4 . Control unit should lock and unlock doors one time. If doors lock and unlock one time, go to next step. If doors did not lock and unlock one time, repeat step 1 . 6.Depress LOCK or UNLOCK button of transmitter within 20 seconds after step 5 . Control unit will compare temporary ID code with receiving ID code. If codes are the same, control unit will lock and unlock doors one time. If it does, programming is complete. If codes are not the same, control unit will lock and unlock doors 3 times. Repeat step 1 and attempt to reprogram ID code again.
This procedure registers additional ID codes while retaining current ID code. When additional ID codes registered exceeds 4, the oldest ID code will be dropped off.

Control unit will lock and unlock doors two times for each registered ID code stored.
ANSWER BACK MODE (ANTI-THEFT HORN OPERATION)

Use this procedure to turn anti-theft horn on or off during setting and disarming of anti-theft system.
1.Ensure all doors are closed and unlocked. Open driver's door. Go to next step. 2.Lock and unlock driver's door 3 times within 5 seconds after completing step 1 . Go to next step. 3.Close and open driver's door 2 times within 10 seconds after completing step 2 . Go to next step. 4.Lock and unlock driver's door 3 times, then close and open driver's door one time within 10 seconds after completing step 3 . If ANSWER BACK mode change was successful, control unit will lock and unlock doors one time. If ANSWER BACK mode change was not successful, control unit will lock and unlock doors 3 times.
