I just change the gasket on the transmission oil pan because of leakage and also nuts were tighten too much previously by a mechanic. my question is, what is the torque on the transmission oil pan nuts so I can put then back .

I'm trying to take off this oil pan to reseal it on a 98 rodeo 3.2L V6 engine and this pan is not comming off even after i took off every possible bolt and nut. What is holding it in?

It looks like you need to remove the crossmember to do the job where are instructions and diagrams below to show you how to remove the oil pan. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
