how can i fix the blower for a/c and heater. when i move the switch on dash it doesnt always come on. i checked the fuses and they are good.

if the blower does not operate use a test light to make sure there is voltage on both side of the fuse. then check if current is arriving at the motor, if the motor is getting current but does not work, the motor is defective or had bad ground.
if the motor is good, check for a burn or corroded connector.
if you can't do all those test, buy a new motor, keep your receipt, if new motor does not work, return it , put the old one back and check connectors, and corroded ground,
if the new motor work, then everthing is fine.
