2000 Isuzu Rodeo Question Two Wheel Drive Automatic

the pcm provides the 12vdc for the fuel pump relay, is there any thing that would cause the pcm not to output this voltage supply ? There's a story to this problem.

Just saw your post. I had the same problem on a 2001 ford foucas. I would recomend taking it to a trained service tech and have the connections at the PCM cleaned. Im not sure if it will fix the problem you are haveing but it did fix it on the foucas.
