I recently bought a '99 Rodeo from a guy who I know took great care of it, and it had a new engine put in 70,000 miles ago.
It was running great when I first got it, and then I recently got a transmission flush (the manual says it should get one every 25,000 miles) and now the engine starts and runs much louder. I'm not noticing any performance problems, however, although it feels like it doesn't get up to speed on the highway quite as fast. But I've taken it on 2 hour trips lately with no problems.
Should I be concerned by this? If so, what could be causing it to run louder?
Thanks.
