I have a rodeo that the lifters are going bad. I how long can I wait to have this done. Or are Rodeo's known to have noisey engines.

The overall design of the lifter being in the rocker arm is poor, as well as there being a known issue with poor oli circulation. Usualy the passengers side rear lifters go bad around 100K sooner if regular oil changes are left aside.
I am personaly looking to use annother GM motor that doesn't have these design flaws. Possibly a 3800. See the question above. (mine) looking for a direct donor. Every rodeo/passport I know of ticks if it's it got the V6.(3.1 or 3.2)
