When I first turn on the car (engine cold), there's a terribly loud noise from one or more of the 3 fan belts. It's very loud and scratchy like nails on a chalk board. It lasts about 10 to 15 seconds and then goes away. It happens for about 5 seconds if a warm engine is restarted after sitting more than 5 minutes. I've tightened and loosened the tensioners on each belt and applied belt dressing, but it keeps happening. Not sure what to do next. Thanks.

Might not be the belt could be a driven component bearing failing-compressor, alternator, steering pump.
