Key will go into the ignition but it will not turn to the Start position. I have tried moving the steering wheel and the shifter and no luck.

Hi there,
Try another key if you have one, also use a little powered graphite, if the key still won't turn, you may have to dismantle the lock to see if it is the barrel and key at fault, the ignition switch or the steering lock causing the problem.
