Buying used car

We just financed a used 2002 Isuzu Truck.

1. We have had the truck for one day, should we have to tune the truck up? It has 39000 miles on it.

2. Should the dealer supply the owners manual or is it our problem?

If the truck runs all right it should be all right. check all the fluids and make sure they are full. In reference to a owners manual you can ask the dealer for one but they might not have one. you can get a manual by ordering one through the dealer. not all used cars come with owners manuals when bought from a dealer.
