I own a 1995 Isuzu Rodeo v6, 4x4 and have had it since 1997, with 16,000 miles, practically new and I have had no major problems. My fan will not work when turning on heat/ac, I have checked all my fuses (engine compartment and all) and had the plug disconnected from the blower motor, had it checked for power and the light came on, so I was told my blower motor is gone. I know it is located uder the glove box, but wanted to know how difficult it is to get to and be removed. Does a panel come off or the whole dash compartment. Is it possible to get directions. Is it difficult at all if I chose to do it myself?
All suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Labor time for the motor is 1.6, includes some dissassembly of the instrument panel.
