Engine 4hf1 not starting

I've done a complete overhaul of the engine but it couldn't start.
Battery conditions perfect.
As in all other minor parts.
What could be a possible solution or have I missed something?

What we need to do to narrow this down is start with checking the basics. This means fuel pressure and compression. Due to this being a turbo diesel engine we need fuel and compression to get it running so I suspect we are missing one or the other.

This engine is slightly different as you are not checking fuel pressure but instead fuel vacuum. I attached this process below.

Plus, we need to check and make sure the timing is correct but this will show up in the compression check, but I attached that info as well. Please let us know what you find. Thanks
