idle rough, tries to shut off when stopped?

Why does my vehicle listed above idle rough, try to shut off when stopped so have to put in neutral, pull back like it's a manual. when i let off gas and not accelerate like it should after i tightened screw on intake and my lights get brighter when i press the gas.

Hello, what screw did you tighten on the intake manifold? And if the vehicle is not idling at the correct RPM, the charging system will have a difficult time keeping up as well. So either the RPM is not high enough and the engine is not handling any load as it should, or there is an issue with the charging system, but take a picture of the screw you turned in and post it here for us.
Is the check engine light on?
