I am considering purchasing this vehicle, is it worth it?

It's in good condition and has been well maintained over the years but has high mileage which is a good indicator of dependability. However, the mileage puts me off a little because I don't want to have to replace it in a years time as it would be my daily driver. It also bumps around a bit similar to when my 2008 Versa needed new strut mounts but I'm unsure if it's normal with those larger cars as there was no check light on and the seller hasn't had issues. The miles are 245,000 which is why I'm hesitant. Thank you for any help you offer.
