Is it possible to swap a halogen headlight assembly in a car trim built with HID?

The original owner of the vehicle listed above GS Sport opted for a trim upgrade that included HID headlights. While they likely worked great for him, they have irreparably failed and have to be replaced. I cannot find a single one available anywhere.
