The above is a truck I own but my question isn't only about it. I service fleet vehicles, both gasoline and diesel, and need to decide about using fuel conditioners/treatments. What I am looking for is answers to questions like the ones below and any other information or opinion you can give me; thanks for the help.
1. Are fuel conditioners/treatments necessary or a
waste of money; is the manufacturer's fuel good
enough as is without the added expense?
2. If regular treatments are necessary/needed, what
gasoline/diesel treatments are the best and do
they also clean and condition the injectors?
3. If using treatments, is the manufacturer's
recommended interval good or, in your opinion,
does it need to be added more or less often?
