You may not have one inside the vehicle. there would be two latches outside. They usually put them on the lower part of the dash above the parking brake. Some could be on the floor however.

There should be a knob in the lower-middle part of your dash between your heater controls and clock. If it is not there it may have broken off. Just pull on the wire under the dash to release.
