Intermittent misfire

Car runs as it should.
Accelerates as it should.
No vibrating, shaking, or cutting off.
Car starts with no problem.
Misfire occurs sometimes after running the car, turn off the car. Then i turn it back on i hear the noise from the exhaust.

If there is a misfire, the check engine light should flash when it is happening. Is that the case? Also, how would you best describe the sound from the exhaust?

If the check engine light flashes or stays on steady with the engine running, you will need to have the computer scanned for diagnostic codes. Here is a link that shows how it's done:

Let me know as much as you can. Since the vehicle seems to run as designed, it is possible there is something loose causing the sound you hear. If possible, record the sound and upload it for me to hear. It may be helpful.
