Interior parts replacement

I need to replace the face of the dual cup holder that slides into the dash under the radio, A/C and heat controller unit. I've been searching (off and on) for about a month now. I'm guessing the Uplander LS wasn't popular and the OEM interior parts are hard to find. Can you help me?

I would think that the best place to look for that part is at a salvage yard. I did some looking around online and was coming up empty as well.
A good resource is http://www.car-part.com/ It searches salvage yards for you. And a lot of the yards offer shipping.
