Interior lights will not turn off

My interior lights stay on even when I turn the knob to off. I disconnected battery replaced fuse then when I reconnect lights come back and stay on.

This happen right after the battery was reconnected? If so I would check the fuses on the BCM. here is a guide and the BCM fuse locations as well:
