fuse panel location large plug attached to the top of fuse box

What needs to be done with the large plug attached to the top of fuse box it's not getting a good connection and have to push it in and hold it and nothing is broke I need to know the fuse locations and what they run?

if a fuse has to be replaced how would you do it disconnect battery?

you should be okay with the battery connected.
