interior dome lights, moon roof and power windows not working after replacing headliner

when i was putting everything back together there was a metal frame that goes around all the buttons or control panel. well, when i was putting the metal frame back it touched some wires now all that stuff dose not work .what could be the problem?

Hi,

Chances are a fuse blew. Lets start by checking the fuses. Under the dash on the driver's side is a fuse box. I attached a pic below. Check the fuses I highlighted. In addition to confirming the fuse is good, make sure there is power to it.
