The passenger sliding door seems as though it's frozen in place about half a foot from closing. It doesn't want to budge at all when trying to open or close it. Also, there's been a wheelchair lift installed.

I would check the tracks to make sure something is not stuck and if not, it sounds like the drive motor/cables are having an issue. You might want to try a re-initialization:

POWER SLIDING DOOR INITIALIZATION

1. Disconnecting the battery or smart junction box (SJB) fuse 11 (15A) will cause the power sliding door control module to lose memory. The power sliding door initialization procedure must be carried out before the power sliding doors will operate under all conditions. The power sliding door initialization procedure is a learning process for the module to identify the full open position and the full closed position. After power is restored to the vehicle, initialize the sliding doors as follows:
1 Make sure both power sliding doors are fully closed and latched.
2 Make sure both power sliding doors are unlocked.
3 Make sure the vehicle is in PARK.
4 Make sure that the fuel filler door is closed.
5 Switch the overhead console power sliding door On/Off switch to On.

6 NOTE: The remote transmitter or B-pillar switches may be used in place of the overhead console Open/Close switches to initialize the power sliding doors.

Press the driver and passenger overhead console Open/Close switches to open the driver and passenger power sliding doors.

7 NOTE: The remote transmitter or B-pillar switches may be used in place of the overhead console Open/Close switches to initialize the power sliding doors.

After the power sliding doors are full open and stopped, press the driver and passenger overhead console Open/Close switches to close the driver and passenger power sliding doors.

If this does not work here is how to change the motor and drive cables out. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.

The doors aren't power sliding doors. I've also got a bunch of pictures I can add to possibly aid in the answers.

Hmm, it only shows the power slider, did someone remove the motor part? I would look in the track to see if a bolt or screw has come loose and is stopping the door track wheels. You can upload images if there are any questions.
