Electrical issues, tachometer, speedometer, odometer, transmission selector etc not working

My tachometer, speedometer, odometer, transmission selector, gas gauge, temperature gauge, and problem indicator do not work. Checked fuses for this problem and they are okay.

Hello,

It sounds like the cluster when out and needs to be rebuilt but to be sure lets check the cluster power and grounds by using this guide and following the wiring diagrams below. Make sure there is power at IGN E fuse.
