instrument panel warning

Hi, I have a couple of lights that pop up on the instrument panel. It started with a red strip along the front of the vehicle (in the picture on the panel) where I imagine it would be showing a problem with headlights. But I have no problem with them. Today I noticed an orange light surrounding what appears to be the windshield. Any ideas?

Hello there!

Yep this really helped, it says the hood is open, or the switch that senses the hood position is out of adjustment. Left the hood and look for the switch.
