Instrument panel removal and repair of odometer display, no start turnover due to PATS. How to reset same?

The odometer display disappeared. Removed panel and re-soldered the right four connectors on the message center display. Reinstalled panel, odometer display is functioning like new. With key in place a click is audible behind the dash when key is rotated to the start position, but starter is not actuated.
I understand the dash panel and the security system are interrelated and removal can or will trip the security system making it impossible to start the vehicle. What is the procedure to reset the security and possibly check for a blown fuse in the feed to the system. I believe I did remove the ground initially to prevent an Air Bag expulsion? I am assuming the feed fuse is OK at this point.

check online for your car they are all different then reset it it'll probably restart.

your security system needs to be reset if the dash needs to be reset a mechanic will probably have to do that.

I am removing the panel and see if it restarts without the panel, there isno ground to the starter, may be a short or fuse. Will check the feed fuse to the panel, smart junction box is included in the system.

if a smart box is included with the system then it has to be programmed to your car which only a dealer can do that. the starter grounds to engineand battery. your relay isn't getting a ground because the smart box isn't programmed.
