Instrument panel not working properly?

Just recently when I go to start my car the instrument panel lights flash on and off and then sometimes stay off until my car has warmed up and it only does this when the vehicle is cold. My gauge for my tire pressure is acting up now also. Could this be a sensor that's causing both issues?

This sounds like two separate problems, please start a new question for the tire pressure sensor issue. As far as the instrument cluster is concerned it sounds like it is going out. I would get a rebuilt unit and then install it; you can find a rebuilt unit by searching google or eBay have your VIN number ready so they can program it for you.
