After replacing the instrument cluster the Speedometer and Tachometer not working?

changed instrument cluster, Speedometer and Tachometer are not working, everything else is working, put used one in. Old cluster had bad circuit board speedometer worked on it.

I would start by checking the fuses. here is a guide and the fuse location in the images below:
