How hard is it to install an aux port in a car?

I was just curious how hard it would be to install an aux port in the car with the factory radio without an infinity system.

aux port? do you mean a USB post or an additional power port to charge like a cell phone?

scrap that idea. Do you know the rms of the stock sound system? My original thought was i got an Apple Car Play display for Christmas that uses an aux, but my car doesn't have an aux so I'm thinking about replacing the radio and eventually the speakers.
