Installed a new blower fan and now radio, power locks, and the rear defroster do not work

Does the blower motor work OK? Did you unplug anything when replaced the blower motor? Anything you unplugged, you did reconnect, correct?

The other issues didn't start until you worked on the blower motor? For the systems in question, did you check voltage and ground, fuses and or relays? Did you check for voltage on applicable fuse circuit? Even if the fuse is good, if no voltage on the fuse circuit, when there should be, the circuit is still dead. Some fuses are hot all the time, some fuses go hot with the key on, some circuits may not go hot till you turn on the component?

I'd pick one system, check voltage and ground, go from there.

Here are your radio fuses w/o amplifier. Notice one fuse is hot all the time, the other two fuse circuits goes hot with key on. Use a test lite to check for voltage.

If you want diagrams for other circuits, I can do that also.

New blower works fine. Prior to installed it the radio, power lock, etc worked. The resistor still need to be replace, but some other time. I check voltage, the radio fuse had current when on, but the radio amp does not on or off. I do not recall any wires I plug, but I do have huge hand and might one out accidentally and reconnect it incorrectly. Any thoughts?

The fuse that had no voltage, that gets voltage from ignition main fuse 2, under hood fuse block.

That is for rap. May stay hot for a while after key is off, usually not very long. We may be wasting our time, checking that fuse.

Just to add, fuse for power door locks is hot all the time. Also check for bcm trouble codes, see if anything comes up? Some of the national brand autostores may check codes for free.
