What is the name of the panel just to the right of the fuse panel?

It's not the fuse box panel at all, it's the panel to the right of the fuse. It's like an inspection panel to check wires under the dash. i just need the proper name of that panel.

The brown panel on the right is my fuse panel. The other pic is the one i need the name of. It is below my steering wheel. Thanks

Hi Tom, the plastic cover is called a knee bolster. It's designed to prevent your knees/legs from hitting any of the hard surfaces under the dash in the event of an accident.

On your vehicle, there should be four mounting screws holding it in place.

Is that what you needed?

I'm sorry, but I checked for pics and there isn't anything listed. It may be because of the model year. The only thing I have is an exploded view of the instrument panel being removed, which I attached below.
