Distributor swap

I have a 1991 2.6l isuzu distributor i want to install on my 1989 but the wiring is all wrong (i.e. green w/yellow stripe, dark green w/black stripe, black w/white stripe, and black w/gray stripe) i need to connect to the plug from the old distributor (i.e. white, red, green, and black) please help

Normally, we only deal with direct for repairs, but I looked for wiring without much success. Is the distributor from the 91 also from a trooper?
