What is the torque value for inner and outer Tie Rods?

Those specifications are correct.
The tie rod on the steering rack is 110 Nm (81 ft. lbs.)
Self-locking nut of the tie rod on the knuckle 60 Nm (44 ft. lbs.)

Okay, the link you sent me shows 28 ft lbs at the knuckle vs 44 ft lbs that's why I questioned it.

Where do you see the 28 ft lbs? The self-locking nut could be 60 or 70 Nm depending on the color.

Per the link you sent on the first message https://www.2carpros.com/articles/tie-rod-end-replacement it's the third to last picture which has 28ft lbs in the text. Although I did see in the attachments the 44/81 foot lbs for knuckle and inner. Just letting you know it causes confusion.

Got it I see what happened. I included that guide just as a reference. As that is our standard tie rod end replacement procedure (different model).
The actual torque specifications are on the screen shot from all data that has your make and model.
