Changed coil and plugs, but still misfire on one. this vehicle is GDI.

Hello,
This could be a fuel injector problem with number one cylinder injector. I have included for you in the diagrams below a step by step troubleshooting guide for Direct Trouble Code(DTC) P0301. Please go through it and let us know what you find out. I also have included a link on how to get DTCs from your vehicles Power-train Control Module (PCM), AKA, the "computer", as well as resetting it.
