car sat for eleven years, now it won't start. no pulse on injectors. injectors have 12vdc on both pins. seems to be a ground problem.

Hi Bill,
I would start with retrieving the codes from the computer. If you don't have any injectors pulsing then you more likely have a control problem rather than a ground issue with them. On your engine they divide the injectors into two groups but are controlled together.
If the ECM does not see the engine position then it will not fire the injectors or spark plugs. Have you checked to see if you have spark? If you are only missing the injectors then we need to look at the control side of the injectors and the codes will help point us in the best direction.
