A friend has this issue that I am trying to help him with. He said a month ago started misfiring he changed coils and plugs, kept misfiring on 3 a d 4, be changed injectors he said it keeps blowing injector number 3 under load like on the highway and when idling it's like its choking from too much fuel. He said he saw something about a code which says cylinder 3 at max trim level which i have never seen before. So, it blows the seal off and leaks. He sent me this video which is attached. I worked on several BMWs never seen that with an injector.

This sounds like the catalytic converter is partially clogged up, this will cause the fuel trim to be maxed out, I would, remove the cat to inspect the honeycomb inside, here is how the job is done. Thanks for the video and image. it helps. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Isn't it possible the MAF sensor is causing this? What live data numbers on the scanner do you want to see to get a better idea? BMWs catalytic hardly fail. Also to test it. Shouldn't i remove an o2 sensor and measure the back pressure?

Yep, you can do that, or you can measure the temperature.

The melted injectors will not be caused by the MAF sensor. It seems like the exhaust is clogged. Please go over this guide and get back to us.

Do you see any flags as far as the numbers here? I switched coils and the misfire remained on cyl 3. If i clear all the codes, the engine becomes smooth like it should for few then back to misfire. Picture with so many codes was deleted and all the codes that remained have to do with cyl 3.

Yep, these numbers sound like low compression, have we checked the compression on #3? If the intake valve is burnt this can cause the problem you are having.

Let me know what the reading is.
