Possible Oil Problem

Clogged oil filter-the oil will not circulate and with a bad oil pump the oil won't go no where-the pinging could be a bearing/s knocking.

Get an oil pressure gauge-find the sending unit remove it and hook the gauge up and read the oil pressure. Then report back your findings
