Hi: I have a 1994 Q45 Infiniti, V-8, 249K miles.(That's right, 249000)
Just recently I realized the fan for my heating/air conditioning was running regardless of the control setting on the dash adjustments (including off), and also running when the car was off, but the key turned on for the windows or radio. Normally, the heating and air conditioning did not run unless I turned the key another notch.
The fan does not run at all now, yet the dash indicator is showing not only running, but at the highest setting. Needless to say I don't have air conditioning, and this is the first trouble I've had with it.
Can you point me in the right direction? This may be the repair that forces me to get a new car...
